RN Care Management visits are available to help you manage your health at home.
Allegiance Nursing can provide you with quality, one-on-one time with a registered nurse. Based on the individual needs of the client, the RN Care Manager may perform any of the following services:

Perform a physical evalutation of the client at each visit

Review health history, medications and medication management

Provide medication management / set up of daily medication planners

If requested, accompany the client to physician appointment

Ensure coordinated care between the doctor, nurse and client/family

Answer any questions you may have about staying healthy
